I love this dish! This simple one skillet concoction comes together in maybe 20 minutes – faster if you happen to have leftover grilled chicken or precooked ground chicken/turkey on hand. I call this Chicken BBQ Spaghetti even though BBQ wasn’t in the original name because that’s what it reminds me of.
Spicy (or not!) Chicken Spaghetti (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Spicy-Chicken-Spaghetti-II/)
Cook your meat if not already done. Mix the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, tomato sauce, bell pepper, onion, and chili powder in a skillet or sauce pan. Adjust the amount of chili powder to your preferred spice level. Bring to a boil. Mix in the chicken, reduce heat to low, and simmer 10 minutes, or until chicken is heated through. Mix in the noodles, and serve warm.
Counts as protein/veggie. Servings are based on the amount of protein you use, but this tends to make 3-4 servings for me especially as the noodles stretch it.
