Hello NGPT Gym Family! Here’s an awesome chicken receipe this week that includes some of my FAVORITE things…(turkey) bacon, olives, and jalepeno – what could go wrong??? I also love that this recipe came from Kraft.com so it’s very “normal food” and perfect to feed the whole family without complaint!

Sprinkle chicken with chili pepper and cook in ¼ cup dressing on med-high for 3 min on each side. Blend ¼ cup of dressing, red peppers, ½ cup onions, & jalapeno in a blender/food processor until smooth. Move chicken to outer edge of the skillet. Add pepper puree and bring to a boil. Stir in bacon, ½ cup olives, and remaining onions. Cover and simmer on med-low 15 min or until chicken is done. Add zucchini and tomatoes; cook covered for 5 min or until veggies are heated through. Stir in rice, remaining olives and onions.
Yummola!!! This recipe makes 4 protein/carb/fat servings. You can decrease the fat by omitting the olives if you’re not a fan but I LOVE olives! You can also minimize the amount of rise you want to stir in. In this photo I served it over miracle noodle rice to avoid carbs all together! Feast with the family, feast from Kraft, and as always…FEAST ON!!!
