Today's blog features a simple chicken dish, easy enough to whip up any night of the week. Feel free to whip up the sauce to use in other ways as well! Some people like to bake a bunch of chicken breasts over the weekend to use throughout the week. In 5 minutes you can create the sauce to top your chicken one night to keep things fresh!

Add oil to a large skillet and preheat over med-high heat. Season chicken with salt/pepper. Add chicken to skillet and saute until cooked, ~10-12 min, turning once. Transfer to a plate and keep warm. Pour chicken broth into the hot skillet. Whisk in milk, mustard, and tarragon or oregano. Cook and stir for ~2 min. Pour sauce over chicken and serve. I garnished with parsley for the picture! This counts as protein only and servings are based on size of chicken breasts.
