Make sure your nut butter is room temperature. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth/creamy. Transfer to square baking dish, lined with plastic wrap (or try a plastic ice cube tray!). Smooth with a spatula and freeze about one hour. Remove by lifting plastic from the pan. Cut into squares. Keep in a sealed container inthe freezer until ready to eat. Makes about ten 1” bars and 5 fat servings. Pair a serving of the fudge with a protein or veggie item of your choice for the perfect pick-two snack on the go!
