Happy Friday Meltdowners! We’re in the home stretch of 2018. If we can survive New Year’s Eve, we’re on to 2019 and a renewed sense of purpose, resolutions, and dedication. Here’s one more great cookie recipe to wrap up the year and take to that New Year’s bash. With just a few ingredients this is a super recipe to whip up when time is short and is a great snack for little ones too!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine all ingredients to form a thick dough. Form dough into cookie shapes (I used a Tbsp cookie scoop) and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Gently press down on the cookies and sprinkle additional cinnamon on top as desired. Bake 12-15 min.
Makes 4 carb servings. Feast quick, feast natural, and as always…FEAST ON!!!
