Gorman Family Maryland Crab Soup (Marnell Gorman)
Combine all ingredients from water to onion in a large soup pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 1-1.5 hours. Add the cabbage and veggies. Once the veggies are tender, add claw meat and simmer a little more.
This version is all protein and veggies so eat up! According to Marnell, this makes a LOT of soup and only has 4 full (8 halved) protein servings. Grab a bowl and envision yourself in New England for a daydream vacation! Feast like a Gorman, feast like a Marylander, and as always…FEAST ON!!!
