This week’s recipe takes a fall twist on a cold-weather favorite. Canned pumpkin does not add an overly strong flavor to this chili, but serves as a thickener. My dad shared this recipe with me after finding it in a camping magazine he reads and thinking it would fit the meltdown plan well.
Pumpkin Turkey Chili:
3) Bring to boil then simmer 1-1.5 hours to desired thickness.
