It’s great to see what other clients, coaches, and instructors are cooking up at home and enjoying on plan. Here’s a slightly spicy Asian salad from one of our beloved personal trainers and group fitness class instructors: Sabra Halstead!
Asian Slaw from Sabra
Blend sauce ingredients in a food processor or use an immersion (stick) blender. Mix sauce with slaw mix, add cilantro and almonds. This entire big batch for sharing makes 4 fat servings with LOTS of veggies!
Notes from Sabra: This is an easy recipe to adjust. I made it for a group so just cut the ingredients in half for a smaller batch. Also I would toast the almonds next time I make it. You can eat this as a side or I added some sliced turkey to it and had it as a nice little snack :)
