There are five main components within all of our Meltdown Bootcamp packages:

Orientation: You will meet with your Accountability Coach to go over the basics of the program to make sure you are ready for launch.

Nutrition Plan: We want to teach you how to eat in a healthy way that you can sustain for the long haul.

Exercise Plan: A fitness program that incorporates some of the best fat-shredding exercise techniques. You will lose weight AND get stronger at the same time! With our four week Meltdown Bootcamp option you get $100 in group fitness classes to use and $200 in classes for our eight week Meltdown Bootcamp option. If you choose a Blitz or Max option you get unlimited classes!(BEST VALUE)

Accountability: Yes, we will hold you accountable with both your daily nutrition reports and a weekly cardio report. Through this system you will be required to check in with your coaches to make sure you are on track to hit your goals. This is an awesome service that you will not find anywhere else. These daily “check-ins” are not only a great accountability tool but also a great time to get extra tips and help from your coach.

“What Happens Next?” Strategy Session: As you near the end of your program your coach will be in touch to schedule a strategy session to help you form a game plan for the next phase of your transformation process. We always strive to answer the “What Happens Next?” question and we will never leave you hanging without a plan.
