Important Details:

  • Push56: January 7th through March 4th
  • Kickoff strategy session: Sunday 1/7 @12noon at NGPT
  • Mid way point strategy session: Sunday 2/4 @12noon at NGPT
  • Final strategy session: Sunday 3/4 @12noon at NGPT
  • Weekly Team Call Monday nights @7:15pm
  • Weekly Team Workout option #1: Tuesday 6pm (1/9, 1/16, 1/23, 1/30, 2/6, 2/13, 2/20, 2/27)
  • Weekly Team Workout option #2: Sunday 5:30am (1/14, 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25, 3/4)
  • TOTAL COST: $500.00 (You must complete the application process before you can submit payment)

Triple Accountability

You will send in your daily food and fitness reports on a private group Facebook page. You will be held accountable by Adam, an assigned accountability coach, and your other group members!

Weekly Team Workout

Your group will meet up once per week for a Team Workout. The goal is to help you to learn how to push outside of your comfort zone so that you an maximize every workout you do. The team workout day/time will be determined through the application process.

Weekly Team Call

Every Monday night (7:15pm) Adam will host a Team Call where he will discuss a specific topic of the week and assign some homework as well as address any questions that participants have. These calls will be recorded and shared with all group members who cannot attend live.
